Your recipe must include St. George Valley Gin, St. George Terroir Gin, or both.
Additional Alcohol: If using any other spirits or liqueurs, please keep them within the Fedway portfolio
Ingredients: Please keep recipe to 6 ingredients. Not including bitters, egg white, simple syrup.
Glassware: If using specialty glassware, You only need to provide glassware for the 3 judges. Audience cocktails will be served using Iron Whale glassware. Please specify how you would like your cocktail served.
Alcoholic Preparations: Any ingredient containing alcohol must be prepared and handled by Iron Whale. If your recipe includes an alcoholic infusion, cordial, tincture, etc., please provide the complete recipe and preparation instructions with your submission.
Non-Alcoholic Modifiers: If preparing a house-made non-alcoholic syrup, cordial, juice blend, or other modifier, you only need to bring enough for the 3 judges' cocktails. Iron Whale will prepare the quantity needed for audience service.
Specialty Garnishes: If your cocktail requires a specialty garnish, please bring enough for both the judges and all audience cocktails.
